With a Master’s in Textile Engineering, I’ve always been captivated by the vibrant world of traditional textiles and time-honored techniques. Today, I channel this passion into experimenting with the colors of Mallorca, drawing inspiration from the plants in our garden and the island’s natural surroundings. I create unique silk artworks and share this journey through hands-on experiences, hosting monthly workshops, private sessions, and special classes as part of retreats across Mallorca. Each session is an invitation to explore color, texture, and creativity while connecting with the island’s rich natural palette.

A moment of Felt Sense

There are so many ways to use a meditation cushion. My favorite restorative pose is legs up. It supports your nervous system and puts you in a rest and digest mode. To make it super comfy place your cushion underneath your lower spine and bring the legs up a wall for support. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Stay for 3 minutes or longer in the pose and FEEL the changes in your body.
